If I could use a negative number of stars I would. Just spent 9 months getting the run around and rewriting Dr orders for a replacement mattress. Finally spoke to someone who "escalated" my order & stated that means 24 to 48 hours for a manager to respond. 2 weeks later and my escalated order has still received no response. So I called yet again. A lovely gentleman answered my call in Manilla...to tell me my escalated order was cancelled because they don't provide the equipment anymore. Couldn't have said that 9 months ago?
My prescription for a breast pump was sent in 9 weeks ago and two phone calls have not gotten that pump to me. They said "We have been very backed up". I am due in a week and am hating the service. Would be easier to get a pump from my hospitals supply store.
Their customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever seen and i work in customer service. My husband Monroe Bradley is on a cpap machine ( life or death) and because of a bill (less than $300) which is paid your company decided not to send his supplies. Is that the going rate for human life? Know this, any medical repercussions from your lack of concern we will bring a lawsuit from which you'll never recover.
Horrible customer service!!! I called 2 minutes prior to closing, someone answered the line, acted as if they couldn't hear me, hung up, called me back, and when I answered my phone the immediately hung up! Someone should be fired for call avoidance!!! They can't get their shit together. Especially with orders! We had 3 incorrect orders for trach supplies. We eventually gave up because they couldn't get their shit together.
I work in customer service...I know it can be hard...but 5 weeks and I'm told for the 5th (!!!) time my CPAP order has been escalated. Then another call saying they are missing my credit card...5th time I've provided not 1, but 2 cards. Thank you for being the best part of Apria Healthcare...really? If I actually were the best part I'd hate to see how you treat the worst.
