Worst customer service ever. You can't ever talk to the same person. Have waiting for over 2 months for cpap supplies. Guess if you get a contract with Medicare you don't have to work hard anymore.

Apria has extremely poor customer service. Returned a call-was on hold and sent from department for more than an hour-never did reach any one who could help me. Wonder if they called me-how long would they sit on hold or call back after I hung up on them the second time. I badly need a part for my CPAP machine-ordered it at least three weeks ago-called last week and was told it had been mailed, still have not received it and will have to start with the phone calls again tomorrow. I think Apria is literally the worst company for anyone to have to deal with! They make a mistake on your account then tell you that you have to fix. I waited on hold today for 54 minutes today to fix said problem only to be hung up on. So I called back and waited another 57 minutes to be hung up on again. DO NOT BUY ANY MEDICAL SUPPLIES from APRIA!!!
I will never do business with this company again. They never answer their phones. Have the worst service and billing. It would be a great place to start a company. They should be ashamed of the service they do not give. Whats the CEO doing?
I have been trying to reach someone in the billing department for over 3 hours today. I have called three times today. The first time, I was on hold for 30 minutes. The second time, I was on hold for about 20 minutes until I heard there was a 56 minute wait time And I didn't have time to wait. And the third time I was on hold for over an hour HOPING to speak to someone. And no one ever answered. All I need is a copy of a document for medical supplies and I can't get anyone on the phone. Aug, 28 2014 Made to wait over a month to get a CPAP, after two phone calls with "order specialists" what I was offered was half of the wrong system. Why can't people do their jobs?????? I have gone from moderate sleep apnea to severe and Apria does not give a crap. Wichita KS
