If I could give them a negative rating I would. Daughter had surgery and needed a wheel chair delivered to our home. Couldn't get discharged from hospital without confirmation of delivery to our home. Apriea gave my wife and our hospital case manager the run around on the phone for 6 hours having us call back several times not knowing delivery time. Consistently weeks late delivering my daughters medical supplies. Dealing with them on the phone is just as bad. They always deny knowledge of our orders ever being placed/endlessly pass the blame through their chain of command. Thanks for putting my little girl through hell due to her not having medical supplies that help with her breathing. Absolutely worthless/shameful.
I can get no service from this business. My doctor sends documentation and they claim they did not receive it. Does anyone know what I can do? They are the only provider for Medicare
Wife ordered mask and headset for CPAP first week of July. 4th week received mask, and headset for different model. Reordered, and waited another 4 weeks. Called again, reorder was never placed! Correct headset finally arrived today, 10+ weeks! Too bad I can't rate 0 stars. Any lawyers think a class action is in order?
Worst company I have ever had the displasure of do business with. Poor customer service. Lost my patient records. No followup! Poorly trained customer service who bearly speak english. Incompetitance. On hold for 30 minutes. Run around between departments. disconected when being transferred. This company does not have a clue.
Absolutely deplorable customer service. I call EVERY month telling them to STOP charging a credit card I took off the account in JUNE. I'm on the phone with them again RIGHT NOW because they tried to charge it again. I mean really, how hard is it to delete a number?
This company sucks, stay far, far away from it. Terrible customer service. Refused to deliver O2 canisters when my husband was out. Told me he has enough... Well when you husband is 55 yrs old and your trying to keep him active, it's not enough. If I could give them a negative star I would. One star is to high for them
Worst! Company! Ever!! They must make it a requirement to be completely incompetent and unhelpful in order to work there. I have absolutely had it with them!! Call your insurance company and ask who else you can order your equipment from.
The absolute worst customer service people I've ever dealt with they charge my credit card without authorization on multiple occasions before even sending the bill out and then when you call you sit on hold for 45 minutes before you get an insensitive prick who doesn't even want to deal the situation and refuses to get her manager on the line
