This company is a joke! Gia Jernigan is a manager for the Jackson Tennessee oxygen team she also manages people that work for her in Overland Park Kansas. She is a liar and a bully. She doesn't keep her word and she twists the truth. I dont know how she/he whatever it is, sleeps at night. She brings confusion wherever she goes and the EEOC will soon be contacting her. Worst company ever. Even my doctor hates them. "Customer service " is a total horror show.
Their automated phone system does not work half the time and one is on hold for at least 20 minutes for a simple question. To reschedule anything is a half hour. I called to have some tanks delivered and they saif oh you have to take them to the local office. They are not there in the office all the time and they will not give out the local number. Next is billing, they are terrible and it is difficult to resolve anything even when I had a cancelled check.
Worst experience ever. Wish I could give a negative rating for time to service customer and lack of overall customer service.
Promises, promises, promises! I called three times trying to get a copy of a receipt for a delivery of CPAP supplies. I need the receipt for my FSA(Flexible Spending Account) credit card. They won't process the charge without the receipt. They even promised a fax! I guess it's time to tell my HR department to find another company!
My daughter is in Children's Mercy Hospital waiting on equipment that we have been told they had. We find out late this afternoon that they don't have our equipment. They lied to me & the hospital. This is our hold up being discharged. They are costing our insurance several thousands of dollars a day because of this. It's rediculous. We need to go home before she catches something & gets sick.
I will be calling the attorney general's office today!! They billed me for "uncovered" charges after they told me they were "in network" and I would have no fees. 6 months later I got a bill and "Steve" called me and promised me he would take care of it and apologized for the problems. Steve of course no longer works there. So, I get ANOTHER bill 2 months later.... They are now trying to charge me $500+ a month for the last 8 months!!
