One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I work in healthcare, I deal with issues every single day. This company needs to improve their workflows first and foremost. Also, they have done a good job at gaming the insurance payer/individual payer matrix. Save yourself time/money as well as your employer money and purchase your supplies elsewhere.
If the company cared about the employees, then maybe the employees would care about the company and their jobs.
This company is the absolute WORST. I can't believe they are in business. Awful customer service at every step of the way. I've been dealing with their crap for years and will NEVER buy from them again. I hope they go bankrupt.
If I could a negative 1000 stars I would! This company is the worst! They out source, they never follow thru, they send the wrong equipment, they hang up on you, worst customer service. My husband went without oxygen for a month because they sent him the wrong equipment that didn't support his oxygen. When he called they wanted to charge him a second time for the equipment that he already paid for. They hung up on him! This company has horrible customer service. They never deliver on their promises. Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. People are sick, they don’t need to deal with Apria’s crap. Company needs a total rework. Never deal with them.
To bad they can't get lower than 1 star. They don't deserve that!! They can't bill the insurance properly and sent my bill to collections. I've had to get BCBS involved to correct things. I am currently trying to get as far away from the company as possible. They don't care. Billed me for a chin strap with BiPAP that I never received. When I had to go to the store, they billed again for the strap. Can you believe that they want to charge $47.58 for a piece of eleastic about 3 inches wide by about 30 inches???
