Sends wrong supplies. Charged me $90+ for a $30+ item. The absolute worst!!!
How could Apria improve? They should start all over! Their customer service is horrible... and they don't seem to care! All of their processes are geared toward minimizing work for themselves, leaving customers totally in the dark. I'm definitely changing providers... looking forward to never doing business with them again!
This is the worst DME company, and the only one I can use with my insurance. It's been an ongoing nightmare with billing, they have incorrect codes and my insurance company never gets the claims, whatever other nonsense they keep telling me. They are a nightmare. They are threatening me with collections agencies. All for the fact that they're trying to milk thousands of dollars out of a $200 dollar wheelchair.
Terrible service. We've been promised no less than 10 different delivery times in the last 24 hours. 20 minute wait times on the phone. Inaccurate info on the website. Misinformation by reps.
I have been with apria for over 12years and I don't know what has happened in the last year but there machines for O2 really sucks.Some of their tech. That come to your house are jokes and make you feel like you are stupid. I have one delivery man that is awesome and that cares his name is Ryan and the people who have him are blessed. In a bit over 2 years Apria has only arrived at an appointment time once...they rarely return phone calls...and after two weeks of trying to get a portable oxygen filler unit replaced I ended up in the ER and they had to deliver portable bottles to get me home. Now I find out that they have an order from a doctor in my records ...not my doctor...and they do not have the right records. And they have no phone number for anyone in the US ...so customer service and "live" chat is not live. Breathtakingly poor service and company... read more
Worse customer service ever!!!! Will never do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are horrible. They had the wrong billing info for my insurance & rather than call me to straighten it out, I kept getting collection calls. ( likely from India) Finally spoke to an woman and she helped me, sort of. Decided to return machine & get rid of any contact with them. Right after I returned it, I received an automated message to call. I called & had to deal with yet another automated operator!! Do you have any humans working for you? Horrible, horrible company.
