Was given a replacement phone and was not told it wasn't compatible with my carrier and now im shit out of luck with my carrier who can't activelate my phone and the apple reps said there was nothing they could do to help
I had an amazing experience here today! They took great care of me and replaced my sad, broken IPhone and were SO understanding while I chased my toddler all over their store! Such an amazing group of people!!
They broke my iPhone 6 and didn't take responsibility and forced me into a new contract just to be able to have a phone to use
