This is a very busy store they are slow but good.
Overall, I’m still mad at Apple for my phone being bad and them telling me I had to send it away for a week, which was not going to work. I travel for work and it’s definitely not safe to travel without one. BUT the 3 different individuals I worked with while I was there were extremely helpful and pleasant and I’m grateful they were there to assist me during my struggles.
Go in for help with my phone since the audio is broke. AT&T had messed up the warranty so it shows none. I try and explain to the tech at Apple, he doesn’t listen. I ask to use a phone to call AT&T so they can explain and he tells me no there’s no phone to use!! Another customer let me use one since he was being a jerk and wouldn’t.
Finding help at first took a bit - stood around unnoticed for a while - finally asked someone for help - "oh, you need assistance" - I mean I wasn't just standing there for the sake of it... anyway, when I was finally assisted, she was great! helped out with what I requested and explained everything.
HUGE SHOUT OUT to Apple Barton Creek (Austin, TX). I brought my Mac in Wednesday around lunch time because when I tried to turn it on all I got was a file folder with a blinking question mark. Only had a 45 minute wait. It couldn't be fixed in the store so I had to leave it. It was delivered to me in South Louisiana two days later on Friday afternoon. Great service. Thanks so much. Y'all Rock!!!!
