Difficult issue made more painful with repair diagnosis based on ‘gut feeling’. Tech may be right, but offers no proof to justify a $500 repair to a machine worth $1000. Got the feeling I was in the way, and of no value.
Wow! Apple just pissed me off! Called them five days ago to schedule getting a new battery in my iPhone 6. Killed myself getting through traffic to get to the damn mall. I get there, and they tell me they don’t have any batteries. They ran out. Then he proceeds to tell me that there’s nothing wrong with my battery and it’s just that my phone is old and I should get a new one. WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT!!
