Levi helped me this morning and he was such a cool dude! Took up a good chunk of his shift to help me get a new phone and he helped me with my sim card situation. Glad I started my morning chatting with him [:

MBP stopped working and I was on the phone numerous times with tech support...took it in to the store and EC (not sure how he spells it!). was fantastic! Known issue, will replace the logic board a no cos to meand was EXTREMELY helpful. I shook his hand when I left but I really wanted to hug him, I was so thankful and can't express how relieved I feel knowing my laptop will be up and running again soon!

The Apple Geniuses at this location always make my day better. Laptop crashed? No problem. iPhone goes for a swim? Hey, don't fret, we can fix that! Who knew I could get a brand new replacement phone for half of retail even without insurance? Thanks, guys!

Apple not only fixed my battery problem, which actually caused a multitude of problems for my laptop, but I also walked out of the store paying the least amount possible because they were efficient and wonderful with the repair. They really are geniuses.. and really sweet, too! Thanks Apple Store at Barton Creek Mall! You're the best! :o)
