I have had my Mac Air for about two years. I just had my first problem. I made an apointment at the Genius Bar, was helped by Peter and was back on board in 15 minutes All of my questions wre answered and all it cost me was a great big smile. Thank you.

I went in to get my screen fixed- where I purchased it in October 2014. I first was told I had bought it in Mexico & not in that store. I had my receipt to prove it ( they didn't know that until I showed them!) Then they told me that they couldn't fix my screen & all I could do was purchase another phone! I said no thank you. I was able to take it to an outside company & they fixed it back to normal!!! You guys are a gimmick. Shame on your people!

So for the last few months I’ve had a problem with my Mac Pro. Took it to two different repair shops $$$. No help. : ( Mac stopped working all together. A friend told me to take it to the Apple store. Long story short. Hour and a half later they reloaded the operating software. Total $ 0.00. Working like NEW. Thank you!!
