When someone drives 50 miles to get to the nearest Apple Store and waits an hour and a half to make an appointment upon entering the store to buy a battery for their iPhone 5s they should JUST SELL THEM A FUCKING BATTERY without all the bullshit. I can install it myself. You wasted my entire day. I can say with mathematical certainty that the next time I have to buy a new phone IT WILL NOT be an Apple product!
