Dylan wad awesome! Not only did he help me pick out a new laptop and set me up with geniuses to get all my data transferred with in 24 hours ( I was in a hurry to leave the US) he also suggested some awesome tacos! Everyone there was great but a shout out to Dylan!

Mary Keith was awesome manager she gave me new iPhone with current one crashed and is the nicest person! I had awful experiences with staff at Las Vegas Apple store at Fashion Show Mall and Portland Oregon/Tigard stores so what a breath of fresh air!! Bravo!

I needed a new battery for my iPhone X. I went to the Apple Store and they had none in stock. We had to order one. We waited three days for it to come in. We went back to the Apple Store but were too late as the battery was returned to stock. Now we have to make yet another appointment to order the battery again! Why not keep extra batteries on hand?

Personnel were so friendly and helpful! I’m so happy with my new Apple Watch and Apple TV! I’d definitely recommend the Barton Creek Mall Apple Store!
