Really good service. I waited almost 3 hours but then again i didnt make an appointment so next time i will make one. Other then that i highly recommend this Apple store. I drove from an hour away & they squeezed my device in to get repaired.
This apple store is not that great, seriously. The customer service is poor
very unorganized and what should have taken 1 hour took well over 3. I was not impressed at all! the person helping me was sweet but disappeared for over 30 minutes ( had a timer going) then came back and had to move on to someone else.
Love this place! Everyone is amazing and helpful! They make sure you are completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Praise to the lady saleswoman who was open and honest. Saved me $1200 Credit to her and Apple!!
Very helpful with my IPHONE 7+, after a few test they were able to solve the problem by replacing my phone!!!
