Brought our dog Radar in last night and I was there about an hour and found out Radar had an ulcer on his eyeball. From the front desk to the Doctor everyone was AMAZING. Thank you for all you do.

AERC is amazing. Maly (now Zeva) was fighting Parvo and it looked like the odds were agains her. AERC saved her! Thank you.

My 2.5 year old chihuahua has encephalitis which requires A LOT of neurological care. The neurologist on staff (barely since she’s never there), Dr. Carpentier, does not update you on your pet’s condition and never returns calls. The other night our puppy had an allergic reaction to what your vet thought was a bite. They got us in immediately and weren’t annoyed that we brought her sister so that the trip and separation wasn’t as traumatic. I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

The staff here are friendly; there have been some issues with billing and a lack of clear communication regarding charges, but in the end, they made it right.

I was there because my dog was in pain. I went in without an appointment and the staff took great care of him. They quickly took him back, the Vet came out to talk to me after a short wait and we discussed treatment. Under the circumstances, it was the best vet visit my dog and I have ever had.
