RecommendedWe lost our 13 year and 3 month old Large Munsterlander last Saturday. Every staff member was so kind and compassionate. We very much appreciated how caring they were. This is the first time we'd ever brought a pet here; and I have to say I would not hesitate to bring one back for treatment and would recommend this clinic to others.

RecommendedI have always had a positive experience at the AERC. I've had to bring two very sick animals to the vets there over the past few years. EVERY time the vets and staff were excellent. They were professional and compassionate. They even sent a sympathy card signed by the vets and staff after my cat died last year. Thank you!

took 4 hours for my cat to be seen. respiratory infection. showed up before noon, barely anyone there waiting. got checked in and placed in a doctors room. told about 45 mins later it was going to be upwards of 3 hours to be seen. unacceptable. i get theres only 2 doctors and critical pets get top of the list treatment, but you have no assistants who can administer meds/shots/ IVs while the doctors are busy? bad teamwork. dont like seeing my guy suffering and have to get put inside a kennel while we had to wait it out for a ... read more
