We have been here several times the past 20 years and they have always been helpful and awesome with our pets
A couple of months ago, I was referred here by my local vet after learning that my cat, Bernice, had suffered brain trauma that was too severe for them to treat. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and patient with making the hard decision to continue treatment or not. Ultimately, they worked with my local vet and I to continue care at home. Charlie is still with us so can't thank you enough!
I had to take my pet to the St. Paul location Thursday night She got very sick all of sudden. They greeted us at the door and took us in right away into a room! The staff at St. Paul was so great. They treated her like she was their own pet. Kept me updated with everything, she even had to stay and she was well taken care of. She loved all the staff and they loved her. Now my puppy is back to her normal self. Thanks so much for taking care of Luna.
We were greeted right away and quickly seen by a tech. We did not have to wait long for the doctor. There parking lot was quite full and we were treated and on our way within an hour. The prices are fair for emergency visits.
While my dog was here, the staff called several times each day to keep me updated on him. They were all very friendly and extremely professional throughout his stay.
This place gave me an honest estimate for putting my cat back together! A pit bull bit her and busted her pelvic in two places. They gave me opportunity to save money by caring for her myself after surgery which saved me $1000.00! The amazing staff taught me how to give her physical therapy and sent me home with plenty of pre-measured doses of pain meds. Today my cat walks and hunts like normal. Thank you!
