Called ahead and when we got there, they were ready for him. My dog swallowed a sock. They took him right away and in about 10 minutes, the Vet came in with our dog and a bucket with the sock. They explained everything and were very kind. Everyone was so nice! Thank you for helping Murphy!

Making the decision to end our dog's suffering was absolutely heartbreaking. Everyone at AERC in St. Paul was kind and caring. We appreciated that they took time to explain our options and showed endless compassion for our situation.

It's difficult to express how I really feel about this place because both times I've gone - I've left there without my dog and with just casts of my much loved pet's paw prints. I hope to never go again!

I have been here 3 times. Twice because my fur babies were severely ill and could not be saved. Those times the staff was caring and compassionate. This last time, aside from the long wait (the hospital was extremely busy) the doctor and staff were caring, listened to what was told them, paid attention and showed concern for my worries. They took good care of Mr. Jett and I was able to bring him home and enjoy his companionship today. And he is happy to be home among his four legged companion, toys and me. Thank you.

I won't get into a chapter book. But here are the facts. Im a Vet Tech. I have a cat with eye problems. She had a huge corneal ulcer. Wake up to give her 1 of 3 meds. Give her first one, went fine. Went to give second med 30min later and she would not open her eye and her whole face was wet. I suspected it had ruptured. Brought her in, we opted to remove the eye vs trying more treatment. 10 min after I left it ruptured. Great care. Great staff. Happy cat. Thank you so much again!
