Our dog is normally terrified of the vet but she loved the vet tech and vet at the St Paul location so much! Everyone we interacted with was caring, friendly, and gave great customer service. They didn't treat her differently due to being a pitbull like they do at Banfield which I think made her feel very comfortable and not scared. I highly recommend this place!!
I felt like they cared about my pup almost as much as me!
They saved my dog’s life after he got a post-surgical infection. I was terrified- he was in such bad shape. But he came home a few days later. When I had to go in for removal of his stitches, I didn’t go back to the vet who did the surgery. Instead I went back to AERC and the staff there who’d taken such amazing care of him.
Doing the best job they can for my 11 years old cat Sophie today (11-11-18). she is spending the night. Hoping for the best.

The dermatology department is amazing! They are helpful, kind, and my dog loves them!
Great staff! Dr. Shadwick was so good to my Elsa even though she doesn't really care for strangers. The techs or Dr Shadwick himself gave me frequent updates while she was having procedures done so I didn't have to worry all day. Well worth the drive from Ely, MN to see them.
