RecommendedLexi was stung by a bee and went into anaphylactic shock. It was after hours for her regular vet, so I took her to AERC. The Vet. was thoughtful and after getting meds on board, brought Lexi back in the room where I was waiting. She thought I would want to see she was doing a bit better & I got to spend some time holding her before leaving her overnight in ICU. Our puppy had a run in with cat after sneaking into an area of the house that he's not allowed. AERC took great care of his eyelid and everyone was very kind and compassionate. Thanks for the great care!
AERC was wonderful to my pet and my entire family. My beloved 19 year old cat suddenly could not walk after battling kidney disease and cancer. It was of course Sunday, so our options were limited. I knew it was the end and I wanted it to be as peaceful as possible. We were brought to a comfortable sitting room and we were given time to spend with her. I have had both of my dogs seen at the Oakdale clinic for oncology, cardio and internal medicine. Everyone has treated them with love and compassion. Every question or concern has been addressed and we always know exactly what is happening or what the next step is.
Terrible experience. Almost lost my puppy in their care. Took my puppy to a credible location and she got treated. Absolutely disgusted with you guys. You should be ashamed.
The AERC St. Paul staff treated me and my pet with kindness during a stressful time. The cost was reasonable and the follow-up thoughtful. They'll definitely be my go-to for any future animal emergencies.
Worst experience ever and they definitely take advantage of hurting people 1200 just for a night? Get out of here. Truly criminal what they charge here/
We called around to a few clinics including his regular vet. Everyone was booked with appointments a week or more out. It is nice to have a place where he can get looked at without an appointment. The staff was very nice! They took great care of our Cody.
