The team at AERC are knowledgable, compassionate, and have your pets best interests at heart. We unfortunately lost our sweet boy Arthur today, and the entire team who worked with him were respectful, understanding, and helped us through the process. We cannot thank the entire staff enough for doing everything you could to save our buddy.

My dog, Charlotte got excellent care from your staff on September 28 and 29 when she was very sick. Charlotte got to go home with my parents and me from AERC of Minnesota in Oakdale. My dog, Charlotte died from t-cell lymphoma on October 1 at 7:30 in the morning. My dad was carrying Char up from the basement after watching t.v. with her. Charlotte died on the basement steps with my dad holding her in arms and my dad had Char wrapped in her red blanket. — with Penny Freberg.

I chose to wait, quote was on the high end of $1,900... no blood work done AT ALL! 9 hours later, went to my vet and they found nothing. Same exams $350 cheaper! I get you pay for emergency. But there should be disclosures UP FRONT not... read more
