They saved my Eddie when he got into an entire bottle of Ibuprofin. He was scared and a pain at first but then warmed up to them because of their kind patient approach with him. We are so grateful for them!!

Buddy possibly got onto Decon mouse poison, not 💯 sure how much if any he ate. But they were very nice and took great care of my fur-kid for an emergency I’m glad they were close.

This place is a joke. I thought my dog was dying after the first Dr Visit. Cancer, liver failure, doom and gloom!!!! $4,300 later he’s home and eating just fine, and they never found out what was wrong. They “slow play” everything and hit you with shock and awe to begin with, then call you with a daily prescription on how to keep your pet there for several more days... but what takes all of your time is going over the costs for the next day, not how they will proactively not fail like they did the day before. Totally scripte... read more

fancy place. but look this place is very expensive, shop around before your animals get sick so you won't have to try to figure out how to say goodbye to your fur family. I think every day....I wish I would have not brought my dog here! if your filthy rich, this is the place for you.

I brought my dog in at around 2:00am due to bloody vomit. The veterinarian and vet-tech were so great. They explained everything along the way. I highly recommend Animal Emergency and Referral Center!

My dog Moe and I just saw John Nielsen with the rehab department and he was AMAZING! He really pin pointed what was going on with my dogs leg and came up with a great plan to help him out. He was great with my dog! I highly recommend seeing him to anyone in need of physical rehab for their pets! We go back in 3 weeks and Moe cant wait to see John again! Thank you AERC and John!

We are SO thankful for AERC of MN!! We brought our beloved Zeke there for lethargy and diarrhea and having trouble putting weight on his legs. Our sweet boy was feeling rotten. They rushed out to the car to help us get Zeke out, they took their time and only ran tests that would get answers for the diagnosis of what was going on. Never pushed us to make a decision, or to add on tests or exams. Tom is AMAZING, and wish he could be our regular point of contact for all things dog related ♥️ I HIGHLY recommend these folks to hel... read more

My dog has been here twice now and both times for his nail. The staff are very friendly, kind and welcoming. They made me feel very safe and comfortable knowing my pup was in good hands. Tonight was our second time back and the staff and I had so much laughs about my dog being all drugged up and loopy from the sedation and medication lol. It was the highlight of my day. I will definitely be coming back here in cases of emergency for sure.
