They saved my buddy Sam from a life threatening ailment. I am a happy boy and so is he.
I can't say enough amazing things about the staff here at Animal Emergency. Last week we had to Euthanize our 11 year old golden and they were so comforting and gentle and said all the right things. Fast forward one week later and my sweet Pom ingested poison and was in need of emergency care so we rushed him there and although he is still in rough shape they've done an amazing job caring for him and me. Thank you to all of the staff and the wonderful jobs you do!
They were so quick to help me via phone. I appreciated it so much!
The workers were very friendly. I didn't care for the way I had to birth the puppies myself and then pay full price for doctors and use of the room. I felt comfortable helping my dog but if I'm the one doing the work then I should not have been charged full price. Other than that it was a clean and comfortable environment and my dog came home healthy with 7 pups.
Emergency surgery needed for dog who impaled herself on a branch. Staff did a good job of keeping me up to speed o what was going on. Busy holiday weekend for them but they were still friendly and compassionate. Clear directions for post-op care. Handled my phone call the next day with professionalism and good advice.
We have a 12-year-old chihuahua with a heart murmur, dental issues, and luxating patella. He has been to AERC several times (both the Oakdale and Saint Paul locations), including when they saved his life during a bout of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. I would recommend them over anyone else. The standard of care is to notch. Many veterinary offices cut corners and are not nearly as thorough. Additionally, they use the Vitus Vet app, which makes things even more convenient.
