RecommendedVery caring people...Just don't like having to bring them my pet because it means there is something is wrong. Thankfully only been here twice. Great service both times!
Very caring and compassionate. They understood me wanting to save Ms. Kitty, but it was time to end her suffering. I thank them for being so kind to me and my son in our difficult time. I went to pick up Ms Kitty's ashes today and I still couldn't control the tears. When I got home, there was a sympathy card in the mailbox. Very thoughtful for this tough time. Thank you so much again for your care and compassion and trying to make this time as easy as possible for our family (less 1).
If you can't afford to pay up front either take your animal home or they put them down. They nickle and $100 you. They are professionals and didn't explain that what our pet had is common and treatable at home not rip us off of over $1000 and tried getting us to leave our pet another night. Plus while we were there they gave someone the wrong cat back. They put them in a cardboard carrier for safety and thank goodness the lady looked before she got home. They were wonderful. Making sure they gave everyone in the waiting room regular updates on their pets.
My dog Muddy had emergency surgery in August of 2015. The staff was throughly professional and caring. They kept me updated on his progress and even once he was home they called to see how he was doing. I would highly recommend them.
The staff during end of life services were so compassionate and the procedure can happen in a homelike setting while you hold and comfort your beloved pet. I highly recommend taking your pet here when their time comes.
Very friendly. Very sympathetic. Always open. Worth the extra cost.
We brought our dog Steger in late one night due to being suddenly ill. We ended up having to put him down. Steger was a huge part of our family and it was extremely difficult for us. I would not have wanted to go through this process anywhere else. They made our last moments with him so warm and meaningful. They were also so great with our two young kids in explaining what was happening and even giving us a kids book to help them work through losing their dog. Our sincerest thanks to all the staff there.
