I brought my pup Lexi in after she almost suffocated to death in a plastic bag - total freak accident. I was a distraught disaster when I came in with her, but the staff stayed calm, efficient and professional, despite the situation and my drama! They handled my crazy dog mom antics and saved her life. Can't thank them enough, they're the best of the best.
We love Dr. Michelle Rose and she has really helped our dog Yogi! Yogi loves going too! We highly recommend her!
Watching the Puppy Bowl reminded me that in our grief, we forgot to mention how awesome the Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota is. Even though we couldn't save Wishbone, they went the extra mile to make every possible option available to us and were tactful with prices as well as chances of success. WORST Emergency pet care I've ever received...I sit here...now 6.5 hrs and STILL waiting for my dog to be cared for!! Their idea of care...throw in kennel for 5 hrs before wound is even looked at!! Nice!! Never...ever again!! AND a $700 - $860 bill...
We were at the West 7th location for a baby boxer eating a corn cob. They were fantastic! If you have an emergency. .they will take care of you!
Staff took excellent care of my Doberman in her last days.
