I had to put my rat Algernon to sleep after his condition took a turn for the worse. From the moment I called to the moment I walked out the door I was comforted by the most welcoming, caring people to help me deal with this devastating loss. They were more than generous with time and resources. The paw print they offered had me in tears and the follow-up card absolutely blew me away. Hopefully I never have to meet them again on unfortunate terms, but if I do I know they will be my go-to for pet care.
They saved my eyeball after being attack by another dog!
