Poor customer service. I did not receive any assistance from anyone on the floor. As I went to the counter to purchase the item, 3 young men stood around behind the counter having conversations as if I wasn’t there. After a couple of minutes they finally acknowledged my presence. I rented a uhaul pick up truck to pick up my range. The 2 young men that loaded my range’s forcefully pushed the range into place bending the levelers so bad that they wouldn’t even screw back in (I noticed this after I got home to install the range... read more

I wish I could give zero stars because 1 star is too many. I purchased a mattress on the website and had my cousin pick it up for me due to he had a truck. As soon as my cousin pulled up w/ the mattress I called the company to return the mattress. It was horrible and thin and it should be crime to sell that thing. I was told I couldn't return it due to their policy. Now I have a mattress I can't use unless I want to be at a chiropractor for back pain. Now I have to go somewhere else and purchase another mattress.??

They will sell you any appliance, of which you have no way of knowing it actually runs/works. When that $900. dishwasher with a 3 year warranty is dead on arrival, you cannot file a claim online for re-imbursement because their website will not accept ANY amount “under purchase price” that you enter (up to 15 tries). And the phone number WILL NOT let you talk to a real person. If your appliance is more than 1 year old from the manufacturer, even though it has sat at American Freight that whole time, you are not covered with ... read more

So I tried to buy a $1,500 couch from these folks because it worked really well in my living room they told me no I had to finance it and then I could just pay it off whenever. Found out that I didn't actually Finance it I was leasing it for the rest of my life. I'm about 2 years into this they take out $150 every two weeks out of my paycheck if you do the math it's a whole whole lot of money the maturity date on it isn't until like 2027 so I asked what it would take just to buy it out right now the guy told me it was going ... read more
