The Penn Hills location is a joke!!!!! I was first happy with the customer service when initially purchasing my furniture. once they received my money that’s where the customer service ended. They entered the wrong delivery date and I had to threaten to cancel my $5,500 purchase which I should have done. They sold one of my dressers to someone else and promised to get another one which didn’t happen, the manager Tim would not schedule a delivery date to pick up the dresser from another store. Another American Freight location referred us to the Lawrenceville, Georgia location because they did not have the king sized bed in stock and it was on the website. I bought a sofa and recliner. The sofa was broken and I had to fight to get them to pick it up and return it .then had to fight to get my refund for the furniture warranty back which I only got part of it back Sent to the finance company. They stole 53 dollars of it I contacted them with no response. . Will Never buy furniture from them again
