If I could take away stars I would. The customer service for this place is completely outrageous. My husband and I purchased three appliances from American Freight two days ago. The appliances were delivered yesterday late afternoon. This morning I attempted to use our new dryer and it would not work. It was clearly broken internally making loud screeching noises. My husband immediately called the store and was told that they would not only not service the dryer or replace the dryer, but it was up to us to call the manufactu... read more

I bought a new stove and refridgerator scratch and dent. When I got the stove installed a week later the oven did not work. I called the store and they told me they only guarantee it for 48 hours. Since we are redoing the entire kitchen it is unreasonable to think I get everything installed in that time frame. I called GE and they said that the one year factory warranty had expired!! I just bought the item 1 week prior so something was off. As it turns out the item was purchased over a year ago, but somehow sold as new to me... read more

Stay away they lie just to get the sales! i bought my set from them in 2021. I submitted the claim it was through Guardian. They sent out a tech and decided they need to replace it instead. Well once i'm at the store they Key holder Dennis explains the price went up so now i would have to pay over 200 for the new couch. Of course they wont tell you this when you are paying the additional 200-300 for the warranty. I understand maybe the sales tax we have to pay but, pay the difference of the replacement is a lot being that it... read more
