They are terrible people to go through their finance company they would not change my payment date so they can charge me late charges and overdraft my account but my money was put back on my account from my bank now I'll never do business with American freight ever again sorry customer service and they try to take your money from you that you're not supposed to owe them

I purchased a wall oven twice and both times it was delivered broken and it took over 2 months to refund my money and they wanted to charge me a $100.00 restocking fee. The worst ever!!!!

Highly upset with this company I bought living room furniture from them and had issues and the first set was replaced easy no hassles then our second set broke and I filled out a claim for it and the insurance and the store have given me nothing but a hassle and then one person tells me something and another tells me another thing just highly aggravated with this and still not satisfied with the outcome
