Ordered a bedroom set for my son room and a couch set. Had 3-4 different headboards and frames that never fitted. First the employees called off and I never received a call to know that they were not coming. I called at almost 5 pm and was told that they send automated calls and generated voicemails if not answered which I never received. Explained to Brent (manager) that I had put all 3 old bunkbeds (1whole too and bottom metal and the bottom of the wooden bunk bed) to curb the day of arrival of new bed. I purchased a furniture set from American Freight in Savannah Ga in February 2023… they had two pieces of the set in stock that day but the swivel chair had to be ordered… it was told to me that my piece would be in and available in two weeks… it’s been over 3 months and I still have not received my merchandise… I called in two week intervals and each time they’d say that it was ordered but the can’t give me an estimated time of arrival… I called back today and they still don’t have it… I was told they’d look into it and the... read more
