I bought a washing machine which was a scratch & dent item. The body of the machine had a dent in the front. They knocked a couple hundred dollars off the price for this cosmetic defect. So far, no problem with that. As soon as I called for a repair, the technician shows up and says the warranty is void due to the damage caused "during transportation or installation" which was FALSE. It was sold this way. So they voided my warranty due to a condition they knew about during the sale. DO NOT EVER allow them to sell you a warra... read more

We purchased a refrigerator from American Freight in April 2023 and it was delivered May 2,2023. When the refrigerator was delivered the front door of our brand new home( we had not moved in yet) was damaged. They didn’t take the door of the hinge instead the fridge was forced through the front door and that caused damaged to the door. I then contact the store informing the store manager of the damages and he requested photos sent to him so he could put in a claim with the corporate office.
