I financed a bedroom suite the week before Memorial Day. It was supposed to be delivered Monday but was not as something was wrong with their truck. I rescheduled it for Thursday. It was delivered and we set it up. We found the headboard was broken so called to ask for a replacement. They said they could come out again in a week as their driver was on vacation. We were also taking a vacation. It was scheduled to be delivered Monday. I sat at home waiting and called yo find I was not on the schedule. I rescheduled for Thursda... read more

I called them and they told me it was the same chair, I had no way of returning the item. I am disabled and needed the recliner for easy access.
