Terrible customer service. Bought and paid for a bed online for my daughter. Received the order confirmation with the pick up location as Chesapeake. Went and the sales associate, Eddy told me they did not have it. He offered to refund my money, no apology and no effort to see how he could get me the bed I told him I still wanted. He checked the Norfolk store and they were also out. I said we would take the bed from any location but would not pay for delivery given I had already spent an hour getting to the store after havin... read more

I purchased a Queen Emily plate form bed last year it took a while for Chris to get the bed because it was ordered from another store. I didn't mind the length of time because I was dealing with my mom who had Cancer in another state, once I was told the bed was in, I came home for the finalize my payment and set a delivery date. I paid $1,016 including a warranty for 5years. I received the furniture not knowing they don't do set ups, so the bed set still boxed in a bedroom, my mom couldn't use the bed due to declining healt... read more

We recently ordered a couch online 7/10/23 that was delivered on 7/11/23. Upon placing the order, was advised by an automatic e-mail that a representative would call to confirm delivery. I called the store a couple of hours after placing the order to check if there was a delivery time window to make sure someone would be home for delivery. I believe I spoke with the manager who first asked how far I lived from the store, then proceeded to say he had never heard of my area. Then stated he would call me the next morning at 10 ... read more
