I bought from them online and set for pick up, however when we got on their store they said that the item from their website is not available at the moment and they will call me if it’s already available. I waited for a call but haven’t received any. I called them and they said that they will try to contact me again if it’s available and still nothing. Aware customers do not I mean don’t buy from this company I bought my furniture online drove 20 miles to pick it up when I got there they told me that they had to sell my order that I already had paid for online and I called them before I left to pick my order up this is really really really bad business and made me wait for my money to be put back on my card 7 days they will never in w lifetime ever again get my business be where of this sorry sorry company

There are times when online product is no longer available. The District Manager advised she contacted you and explained the items selected were out of stock. Dresser came with roaches and a possible bedbug inside of it. I should’ve known because the store was filthy, floors were dirty and sticky, and it stinks. I regret the purchase. The staff was nice but this store should be shut down. I’m disgusted!

However, American Freight disputes the allegation of bugs in the item as there is an active pest protection service in all of our warehouses. Furniture is purchased new and wrapped by the manufacturer to ensure items are safe for our customers.
