I ordered through them Jan 24th, 2023 got the 18 piece house bundle for 1000-got everything but the 2 end tables, coffee table and the 2 lamps bases and shades. I got financed through American First and i still havent recieved my tables and lamps. was told to call my finance company-i did, they called the store back in June and they were told that they were back ordered and would call me when they were ready for pick up. My recent encounter with this American Freight left me utterly dismayed and frustrated. Having been instructed to pick up an adjustable bed base, my friend entered the store with expectations of a straightforward transaction. However, what unfolded was a disheartening display of incompetence and dishonesty. The staff from ****** ********* **location was very rude I called at 6:30 pm to place an order and confirm availability on my items they where in stock I asked if I could call back to add a item she yes when I called back a man pick up put me on hold the hung up I called back for the next hour and no answer I was so upset I had to report childish behavior he could had just pick up and told me hey we are busy and can not deliver today is that ok Simple business and respect he thought it was better to stall me out an hour sad ... read more

American Freight i visited 2 locations, one on rodi road and one in N hills. Terrell at rodi road location was so helpful. He took his time and weighed out all my options. He wouldn't take the sale unless i was perfectly satisfied. He sent me to N hills because they had alot more inventory and they had the refrigerator i wanted. Both sales people were very helpful and friendly. I would buy again from them.
