My Husband and I ordered a couch at the Lancaster, PA location. We asked about having the couch delivered on a Friday since my husband has off every Friday. The manager Jonathan said we could have it delivered not the upcoming Friday but the next. We all agreed the store would call and let us know a few days before to confirm delivery day/time. I purchased a bed, two dressers and a night stand, they claim they called me for delivery but NEVER left a voicemail, I showed up at the store to pick up the mirror, bed and night stand only. I show up on August 14, 2023 only to find out they gave my two dressers to a customer who was suppose to get the clearance dresser. The store manager Ty said she would get it from another store. I bought from them online and set for pick up, however when we got on their store they said that the item from their website is not available at the moment and they will call me if it’s already available. I waited for a call but haven’t received any. I called them and they said that they will try to contact me again if it’s available and still nothing. Aware customers do not I mean don’t buy from this company I bought my furniture online drove 20 miles to pick it up when I got there they told me that they had to sell my order that I already had paid for online and I called them before I left to pick my order up this is really really really bad business and made me wait for my money to be put back on my card 7 days they will never in w lifetime ever again get my business be where of this sorry sorry company
