I am giving a 5-star review to Lindsey Hammer(who is no longer withe the company) store manager for the Independence location for her great customer service. They need to bring her back. I also wanted to commend Charles (from the Claycomo location) and Derrick (from the Front St. location) on their great customer service as well. Me an my husband went looking for a couch at a decent price tried here found a couch we really liked and the sales man gave us his pitch and what got us was he took a pen and stabbed couch showing it couldn't be damaged by pets or anything so we took it he even talked us into getting the extended warranty that was $299 extra telling us it covers everything under the sun. well couch was originally $1399 I ended up paying way over $3k the first time we contacted was cause the back support beams had broken an I went into labor ... read more
