We purchased a refrigerator from American Freight in April 2023 and it was delivered May 2,2023. When the refrigerator was delivered the front door of our brand new home( we had not moved in yet) was damaged. They didn’t take the door of the hinge instead the fridge was forced through the front door and that caused damaged to the door. I then contact the store informing the store manager of the damages and he requested photos sent to him so he could put in a claim with the corporate office. I am upset with myself for not doing more research into the conpany American Freight. Upon entering the store for the first time and seeing the "******** **** I thought I was in good hands. Apparently this was a false advertising tactic as they just are doing business where ***use to. I have made an almost 6000 dollar order and feel cheated severely. Bought the Valencia pub glass kitchen table 08-2020 and it just exploded, shattered while in another room. Didn't use this too much and nothing was on top of this. No reason this should shatter all over. Could be very dangerous for consumers.. Something is wrong with this design.. I got pictures if I can post them...Store can't do anything about this...
I am very disappointed in the lack of concern and appreciation of the customers. I regret visiting the store to purchase my appliances. I was lied to several times. Now they won't answer my calls. The advertisement says same day delivery, this is day 6 and I still don't have my appliances. Since they lied to me I've had to spend money for food from restaurants.
