Bought the Valencia pub glass kitchen table 08-2020 and it just exploded, shattered while in another room. Didn't use this too much and nothing was on top of this. No reason this should shatter all over. Could be very dangerous for consumers.. Something is wrong with this design.. I got pictures if I can post them...Store can't do anything about this...
TOTALLY CORRUPT COMPANY. THEIR LISTINGS WILL SHOW DIFFERENT PRICES BASED ON THE RELATIVE CONDITION OF IDENTICAL MACHINES. THE HIGHEST PRICED ALWAYS ADVERTISED AS " LIKE NEW WITH NO VISIBLE DAMAGE". I am very disappointed in the lack of concern and appreciation of the customers. I regret visiting the store to purchase my appliances. I was lied to several times. Now they won't answer my calls. The advertisement says same day delivery, this is day 6 and I still don't have my appliances. Since they lied to me I've had to spend money for food from restaurants. I was even asked to give a review for the customer service at the Warren, Michigan store. I'm glad I didn't do it the same day and I wish I had read the reviews from ... read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Do not buy any appliance from this company ever. Purchased a fridgedaire as a gift in june of 2022.. They loaded it on the truck once unwrapped, there were dents and dings along with a burn out light bulb..Should have been a huge Red Flag how does a new fridge have a burnt bulb.. I emailed and called the store immediately..I compromised with the manager and accepted the best warranty they offered at there expense.. This was a gift.. I should have returned it.. Because in less than 2 months the fridge froze... read more
