BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Do not buy any appliance from this company ever. Purchased a fridgedaire as a gift in june of 2022.. They loaded it on the truck once unwrapped, there were dents and dings along with a burn out light bulb..Should have been a huge Red Flag how does a new fridge have a burnt bulb.. I emailed and called the store immediately..I compromised with the manager and accepted the best warranty they offered at there expense.. This was a gift.. I should have returned it.. Because in less than 2 months the fridge froze... read more

Ordered a bedroom set for my son room and a couch set. Had 3-4 different headboards and frames that never fitted. First the employees called off and I never received a call to know that they were not coming. I called at almost 5 pm and was told that they send automated calls and generated voicemails if not answered which I never received. Explained to Brent (manager) that I had put all 3 old bunkbeds (1whole too and bottom metal and the bottom of the wooden bunk bed) to curb the day of arrival of new bed.
