I bought a couch in February it's almost April and I still haven't received it so I called them to see when I would get it the lady on the phone goes I don't even know why they sold you this couch we're still waiting on them since last year. I said so you can't tell me that you're going to know when the couch comes in and she said no so I'm stuck here out over $1,000 on a couch that I may or may not get. They didn't even offer to give me a desk on a different one or anything.

If I could leave zero I would this place located in southwest Houston is the worse. The customer service is horrible. All of the items I ordered were in stock. They said delivery would be Saturday before 11 am. I called the store some random worker answers the without me giving my name he knew exactly what I ordered then claimed to be leaving the warehouse in 30 mins. 12,1,2,3 came and went and when I called again I was left on hold. I had to call from a different phone this location is ridiculous. The manager claimed she ha... read more

Purchased 3 piece living room set with recliner sofa about 15 months ago and the back broke on one of the recliners, after filing a warranty claim we were told this was not covered after being assured this would be covered under warranty
