ZERO STARS! Purchased a sectional from the **** ********** *** ********* ** *****location on 2/26/2023. Had to wait until 3/4/2023 to receive the delivery of the furniture. Upon receiving the delivery, I removed the plastic. Immediately I noticed glaring issues with furniture. There were holes, tears and missing pieces of the furniture. After seeing this I contacted the store. Asked for a manager. The associate who answered the phone said "the manager is with a customer right now and will call you back" I waited for an hour ... read more

American Freight records indicate the merchandise was picked up and refunded. Stores have very full truck schedules but the pickup was completed on 3/9/23. Refunds are processed against the tender used on the purchase. The original request to exchange the item for one double the price was declined as this is not within store policy.
