My husband leased a car and now the company sold out closing all locations. This should be a breach of contract since they fell through on their end. I'd love to know how to return the car and get our money back. Worst experience ever.

This company is bs. They seek the underprivileged low income families. They are trying to charge me again for a car that has been paid off through insurance claim my vehicle was totaled out and American car center paid off. They have put a repossession on my credit and this is not true I do not owe this company I am going to seek legal counsel against them
I purchased a car from this company not knowing it was a lease! Then the day after I purchase it they abruptly close down with no notifications or anything! I am highly upset

This place is a scam. I bought a 2016 ******* Sonata from this car place on memorial drive dec 2021. Jan 2022 I started having issues with the car. Made a complaint immediately. I was informed to take it to the pep boys on memorial drive. I notice the oil light kept coming on even after I had them to put oil in the car, when I turn the air on it kept smelling burnt. They shut down without any warning to me and didn't tell me where I can continue my payments at they charged 900 for fees for insurance and I've tried to have them fix it multiple times and never would answer any questions about it and never tried to help solve the issue In 15 days will be my next payment and I don't want this to show on my credit I've paid over ***** so far on my car and I've sign to buy out the car after all payments were paid and Im really afraid to loose my car cause of them and I feel like they really t... read more
