American Car Center on Winchester has the worse Representatives ever. These people are so unprofessional. I am the customer and they literally talked to me like I was a dog today on the phone. I called to make a payment and they keep saying that I am behind two payments which I am not. Come to find out that when I made a payment of $358 on Sept 7th they said that the over payment amount went to damage waiver fees instead of my actual car note leaving me with a payment and a half due. I purchased a car from this company in February 2022. I started calling back in June because I needed an oil change and they claim to give customers free oil changes for the first year. Its now almost November 2022 and no one answers, no one calls or emails back. I also have a 2 year warranty on my car and now a new light turned on in my car and its because of the catalytic converter and still no one is answering. I brought my car 2 years ago. My ac went out a month after I got it they wouldn't fix it. My car was brought from ** when the hurricane flooded **. I brought it from GA but paper work says I brought from ******* that's a lie. They don't you that the car is being lease. They will also tell you that you don't need full coverage insurance but falls to tell you they will charge you extra on payments for it. A f***ing piece of shit!!!! I got hit with a out of state accident, when it wasn't my car and the location was way up in ************ plus not my car. The car fax has so much activity since I bought the car! option to pay online was taking away after all I needed to do was update my old account to my new. Bought a car from American Car center. Was told would get license plates. Have never arrived. Called company they state they never got them. Now I need to take half day off work and get another inspection due to their lack of planning. Now when I call to make payments their automated system will not recognize my account, so they want to charge me to make my payment online with their system. Charging late fees for not being late.
