This car company is the worst they shut your cars off even while you are driving it when stuff is wrong with the car they say its your fault and then when you call the **** number they say they have no record of saying anything and are absolutely rude and disgusting when speaking to you. Straight scammers! I do not recommend! Use about but them! They will not honor the warranty or call back if you need them. Now if you late on a payment they will call you nonstop. Im always told that they will call me back but they never do!

So I bought a car back in April had the 1st car for 28 days and the engine blew up in it waiting about 4 day and they put me in another car ( lost my job because if this ) . Had the 2nd car for 29 days car had to go into shop for 3 days ( again lost that job). Now here we are in July and my car is broke down again . I have tried calling and always get put to an answering machine no one calls back or when they do its days later . But they expect there payments on time. This company is by far the worst. Upon my purchase I was given three locations in which I could receive complimentary oil changes. However, out of the three only one is accepting business from American Car Center due to "nonpayment" from the company. I called to inquire about this dilemma. There is "NEVER" a supervisor available to address the issue and no one ever return any of my calls. Please save yourself the hassle and do business anywhere but with this company. They have the "WORST" customer service representatives!
When i got a car from american car center. the rep there was great. but the customer service is horrible. they are unprofessional and inconsiderate. i was behind on some payments and asked for some assistance and they were so rude and told me to clean out my car. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THERE FOR A CAR. i am trying to get out of my contract to get another car with a different finance company. DO NOT GO THERE.
If I could leave no stars I would. First off they pretty on people who need a vehicle, no where up front do they state that the vehicle is a lease! **************** reps are horrible and disrespectful. My car was shut off for being 8 days late! After already paying late fees. Total amount of purchase never seems to go down! When I first purchased my car from American car center. It was a great experience. Now dealing with American financial its been nothing but h*** DONT GO THERE. I really regret this decision and you will to!
I believe that this company has failed to comply by its moto, which is to help hard working people find a quality vehicle. I am currently pregnant and my ac does not work in my vehicle. I have had the vehicle for almost 7 months. When I first purchased it I tried to get the heat looked at, at the moment because I purchased the vehicle during the winter. Now thats its summer and 100 degrees the ac does not work. I dont understand why the vehicle was even able to be purchased if the heat/ac would never be under warranty or fix... read more
