I purchased a 2017 VW Jetta and I experienced mechanical problems. It was repaired at a VW dealership and I asked American Financial to assist with repair fees and they agreed. I paid my half and they would pay their half. After receiving my half no one returned my calls or replied to my emails. I payed off the vehicle several months ago, I called to see when the title would be sent, was told 4 to 6 weeks! Cool, no problem. I have waited the 4-6 weeks 3 or 4 times so far! Each time I call I'm told "we're sending an email to see what's going on, and someone will be in n touch today" I have yet to receive a call, a email, a smoke signal, NOTHING! I NEED MY TITLE, at the very least an actual update or a call back. Terrible

I bought a suv from American car center but is financed through American financial. They have constantly called back o back several times a day to the point of harassment. I got sick and lost my job and fell behind on payments. The car is a lemon because within 2 months of having it, the car broke down on side of a major express way in *******. If I could give this company negative I would they are rude manipulative only after your dollar sold me a A dream on a 2017 Kia ***** and Ive had nothing but problems with it and nothing but hassle from the staff trying to get stuff resolved. As I am speaking out with the lawyer for the lemon law. They will not get away with this signed a severely unhappy. Wish I never was customer.
I have been with ACC for two years , car was in excellent condition. But recently I have been having financial hardship and my checking account had fraud on it, so now I am behind in car payments. I paid my car off over 3 months ago. I was told I should have the title in 4 to 6 weeks. It's been over 13 weeks. I have not received the title. I've called American car center main office in ********** 3 or 4 times. The people in the payments center can't help me they transfer me to someone else's who never answer or calls back. Hello, me and my mom brought a car from this place last year in march. The transmission was slipping a couple of month after getting the car.
