The warranties for their vehicles are terrible. I was told I had three free oil changes and when attempting to go to the facilities that offer have contracts with American Car Center , I was told by these businesses that they no longer want to deal or no longer have contracts with American Car center . They are crooks and take your money. I purchased a vehicle on September 27,2022 Thanksgiving Night (November 24,2022) my car stopped on me while I was on the way home to visit family for the holiday, they set me up to take it to the body shop the next day(November 25,2022) I have since been without a car. This place is the worst place to get a car Ive had so many issues Ill be communicating with one person than few days later you speaking to someone else than you make a payment and they still say u so many days passed due wont give u a payment schedule u cant go into the main office in your state to pay when you mail a payment you never know if they get or not there very rude no manners what so ever
I have a 2016 Kia **** from this dealership . I got it from the ************** location in *********** , ** .. THAT IS NOW CLOSED. Never benefitted from the warranty , never was helped to understand that it was a lease when I said I wanted to BUY a car multiple times. I've had so many issues with customer service policy procedures and protocols. Had the car since 2019 just before the pandemic there was no hardship programs to assist while out of work during the pandemic nor win on unemployment.. if car payment wasn't made within a week of not getting paid the vehicle was shut off. I have yet gotten assistance on how to make payments online or even to log on. I bought a 2014 ***** Cruze in April 2022 and in September 2022 I had to replace a bad battery and then on October 2022 I paid $600 to replace a coolant tank and a new thermostat I had been calling them for months and not getting any answer from no one my car has overheated over 7 times and has been towed 3 times and I took it to pep boys and the engine has gone out and the cost is ***** for another USED engine and now there saying its not under warranty when Ive been calling months before then they wont fix anything with th... read more
This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, the manager ******* is very unprofessional and unwilling to be responsible for the fact that the sale starts with him. My **** Escape 2014 purchase Oct. 2 2022 is a lemon. Transmission been replaced and now my coolant outlet ****** has to be replaced and no one has contacted me about this problem. I have made the final payment on my car a month ago and spoke with an employee which I wont reveal her name and she sent me her email to send her the information she needs but each time her email isnt working because it says my message has been blocked and I still been making my late payments but she wants my car repo because her email is blocking my messages and she was very rude when I spoke to her.
