Terrible company very unorganized dont know who to send money to sometimes they get money and dont post the payment to that account.. no tag no registration no paperwork what am I to do?
On 1/28/23 got a car from American Car Center and received a 45 day paper tag which expires in 3/14/23. So now I have a car I cant drive and is paying my payments. DMV cant issue a tag because they did not put into system my info before they went bankruptcy in 2/24/23. They never emailed me or call to let me know what is happening till the new loan agency text on 3/1/23 to let me know I need to start making payments through them. Looking at these reviews, I'm glad I was only scammed out of my precious time! I agreed to attend a 45 minute presentation and was promised a gift of a vacation for 5 days and 4 nights plus a $500 travel voucher/ certificate because the time overlapped (even though I called in 15 minutes prior to the presentation). Trying to get the lien off the car that was paid off in Sept and it's been nothing but a hassle and the run around
Closed without notice. I have no idea where to pay my leased car note! I have had my jeep since February 2020. This is unacceptable. I have a contract that states I must be notified if any changes are made yet I wasnt notified of anything and still have no idea what to do! Very frustrating and disappointing.
These people are a scam left their employees and customers puzzled its ridiculous
They gave me a car and wouldnt let me trade in due to problems with the car.
I this the company is a scam. I bought a car for them and started having issues out it 3 days later. I told them I didn't want the car and to give me my down payment back. They told me at the dealership I couldn't get it back. I called them back and they ignored for call for days.
