I too am a car center customer and its been since March 3 that I was able to make a payment because I dont know who to make the payment to ! West lake says they dont have my contract yet and in the mean time its building up in payments and they are not sure acc will send it over to them Ive got to July and my 5 yr payments will be over . This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a company . Ive over looked their ghetto professionalism in making payments on the phone for 5 yrs jus to get here . I got my car from American car center about 4 years ago. FROM JUMP we had issues with payment so called not being received (which was paid with money order) getting tags was a hassle due to the car company not sending it to dmv ig because they said they had to wait in the title before they could send it over, continually being charged a late fee BECAUSE THEY would not take the money out until a few days after making my payment ON TIME. American Car Center is full of ****. I have being paying for my car for five years now, and now Westlake is calling talking about I have a balance of $1700 of late fees. I made a payment on 3/9/23 to Westlake and ******* stated he not showing a payment of $460 dollars I asked to speak with a supervisor she stated she see the payment. So I asked her why the letter I received states that I haven't made a payment in 41 days from the date of the letter, and the letter was dated 3/22/23. American Car Center has went out of business around 3/25/23 and it say they went bankrupt an sold it to another company ****************** . I have tried reaching out to them and I am on hold for hours until it finally hangs up on me. This has giving me bad anxiety, because I dont know what to do I have never been late paying on my car, I owe 12 more payment and I will be done and now it looks like I may have just gave them money just to drive the car for 3 years.

I can't leave any positive review on ACC, or AMF! The Worst place ever!! Not surprised they shut down. I made regular payments and they kept saying I was behind. I am talking to an attorney and will likely *** them for breach of contract, predatory lenders, infliction of emotional distress and negligence. I encourage anyone else who got a car there to do the same!
